Occasion · Leadership conference

Keynote speaker for leadership and management conferences.

a shared picture of what ai means for your business — before every department invents its own answer.

Keynote, impulse talk or half-day workshop · English or German

Leadership conferences have a recurring problem: between the numbers, the strategy block and the working groups, the moment is missing in which everyone gets the same picture. With artificial intelligence that gap is particularly noticeable. One unit already has three tools in use, the next is waiting for an approval, a third thinks the whole thing is overrated. At the end of the day every department goes home with its own answer.

That is exactly what this slot is for. It offers no tool parade but an assessment the rest of the day can be aligned to — and one that still holds up in decisions weeks later.

How the talk fits into the programme

As an opening it works when the conference needs a shared picture before people move into working groups. The work that follows then has one common frame of reference instead of six.

As an afternoon impulse it works when attention is fading and a change of perspective is needed. In that case the shorter format of 20 to 30 minutes is usually the better fit.

As a half-day workshop it works when the day should end not only in insight but in an interim result: three to four hours of impulse and facilitated working session.

Topics that suit this occasion

  • Why AI transformations fail — for leadership teams that have launched an initiative and are looking for the move into day-to-day operation
  • EU AI Act, governance and liability — when compliance and supervisory boards are at the table
  • Artificial intelligence at work and in business — when prior knowledge in the room varies widely
  • Megatrends — when the conference should lift its view beyond the current financial year

What the organiser gets

  • A preliminary call of about 30 minutes on audience, situation and goal
  • A talk aligned to the conference rather than a standard presentation
  • Alignment with the production and technical team beforehand
  • Announcement text, short biography and images for the programme and invitation — available in the speaker kit
  • Short-notice booking possible, including stepping in for a speaker who has dropped out; for tailored content six to eight weeks of lead time is sensible

What the organiser provides

A projector or LED wall with an HDMI connection, a headset or lapel microphone, and a connection for his own laptop. Nothing more is required.

Frequent questions

What organisers ask before booking.

Where in the conference programme does the keynote fit best?

As an opening, when the conference needs a shared picture before people move into working groups. As an afternoon impulse, when attention is fading and a change of perspective is needed. Either option is agreed with the production team in the preliminary call.

How many participants make sense?

The keynote works in a small leadership circle as well as in the plenary of an annual conference — for this format the number of participants is rarely the constraint. For the facilitated working sessions of a half-day workshop, a group that can still split into small teams and agree on a shared result at the end works best. Name the expected number of participants in your enquiry and the format recommendation comes with the offer.

What is needed technically on site?

A projector or LED wall with an HDMI connection, a headset or lapel microphone, and a connection for his own laptop. No further equipment is required.

How much lead time does a booking need?

For tailored content, six to eight weeks is ideal. Short-notice bookings are possible, including stepping in for a speaker who has dropped out. Enquiries are usually answered within 24 hours.

What documents does procurement receive?

The contracting party is CALADE GmbH, Naabstraße 18, 93188 Pielenhofen, Germany, registered at Regensburg district court under HRB 17029, VAT ID DE320517461. A written offer is issued before the order; the invoice follows after the engagement, showing VAT separately and travel costs against receipts. Public liability insurance is in place and proof is sent on request. Supplier declarations, codes of conduct and data processing agreements are reviewed and signed. Framework agreements and supplier portals are possible.

What happens in case of cancellation or postponement?

Postponement is free of charge up to four weeks before the date if a replacement date is found. For short-notice cancellation, the conditions stated in the offer apply. If the engagement falls through because of illness, no costs arise.
