3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by dogado GmbH. When the site is called up, access data is automatically transmitted to the server and stored temporarily in a log file: the IP address of the requesting computer, the date and time of access, the name and URL of the file retrieved, the referrer URL, and the browser and operating system used.

The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in establishing a smooth connection and in system security. A data processing agreement is in place with the hosting provider.

4. Enquiry form and email contact

If you use the enquiry form or send us an email, we process the data you provide — name, organisation, email address, phone number where given, preferred date, location, format, topic and your message — solely in order to handle your enquiry.

The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data is deleted once the enquiry has been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention obligations prevent deletion.

5. Disclosure of data

Your personal data is passed to third parties only where you have expressly consented (Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR), where processing is necessary to perform a contract or pre-contractual measures (lit. b), where a legal obligation exists (lit. c), or where processing is necessary to protect legitimate interests and no overriding interest of yours prevents it (lit. f).

6. Cookies, tracking and external services

This website sets no cookies, embeds no external fonts or scripts, and uses no analytics or tracking services. No profiling takes place. A consent banner is therefore not required.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18), data portability (Article 20) and objection (Article 21). You may withdraw consent at any time (Article 7 (3) GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR).

8. Data security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against manipulation, loss, destruction and unauthorised access by third parties. Transmission is encrypted via HTTPS.

9. Changes

Further development of this website or changes in legal requirements may make it necessary to amend this privacy policy. The current version is always available on this page.
